At Own, our in-person interactions with customers play a key role in helping us innovate, stay connected to our customers, and deliver on what matters most to them.
Last month, we hosted our first-ever customer community event at our New Jersey headquarters, bringing together 29 customers to explore how they leverage Own products to drive real value. And earlier this year, 27 customers participated in our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) across our London and New Jersey offices, engaging in compelling discussions on trends, challenges, and how they use Own now and in the future.

Hearing directly from customers about their successes was both insightful and inspiring. Our CAB members are composed of a diverse mix of roles, industries, and company sizes, including Salesforce Admins, Platform Owners, Solution Architects, Rev Ops / Data Leaders and Business Owners. During discussions, customers emphasized how different departments face unique challenges with data, and how these variations impact what they look for in a solution. For example, finance may pay particular attention to compliance and regulatory standards, while sales teams are more focused on maintaining access to key account records in their CRM.

Every customer who attended our CAB and Community Events uses Own Recover as their backup and recovery solution. With Own Recover, our customers can reduce recovery times significantly—restoring data within a day instead of a week—and minimize manual effort, saving both time and cost. Own Recover customers experience a 71% reduction in average data recovery time.
Own Accelerate
PSEG leverages Own Accelerate to optimize sandbox management and streamline testing processes. After integrating Own Accelerate, PSEG reduced critical production issues from 25 to just one. This improvement in data seeding boosted software quality, enhanced developer efficiency, and lifted team morale, turning a previously frustrating process into a strategic advantage for delivering better customer experiences.
Own Archive
ACV Auctions and Stanley Black & Decker turned to Own Archive to address escalating storage costs and performance issues in Salesforce. In particular, ACV Auctions was approaching a critical storage limit in Salesforce, briefly exceeding 100% capacity. After implementing Own Archive, they reduced storage by 10% during the proof of concept, delivering immediate, tangible results without needing further effort beyond the POC.
